Robin Morris Fortin, PTA

​Robin moved to Wilmington from Albemarle NC and joined Carolina Rehabilitation in Sept of 2008. She is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant who graduated from Central Piedmont Community College in 1983. During her 36 years of practice, she has gained experience in acute, subacute, out patient, home health and skilled nursing environments. She has been a school based therapy provider. Robin gained management experience as a Therapy Program Manager overseeing a rehab team of PT's, OT's and ST's. She also was a classroom and a clinical instructor for PTA's at Stanly Community College. Throughout her career, Robin has been diligent in her pursuit of continuing education and has been actively involved in community education and guest speaking on physical therapy related topics. She is an APTA accredited clinical instructor and a former board member of the PT Examiners Clinical Consortium Group. Areas of special interest include sports medicine, work site ergonomics assessment and general orthopedics.In her free time, Robin enjoys traveling and sailing with her husband and spending time with her family. Robin currently works one day in our Wilmington clinic and two days at Edwards and Associates, our Beulaville location.

Samantha Watson, PT, DPT, MBA


 Sam grew up in the Southern Tier of New York and moved to the NC coast after graduating from PT school. She is a Springfield College alum for both her undergraduate work in health sciences and graduate degrees in Business and Physical Therapy. Sam has experience working with ages 0 to 100 with certifications in the Graston Technique and Dry Needling. Her PT passion includes Pediatrics, Sports Ortho, Vestibular rehab, SCI, and Stroke rehabilitation. Sam is a dog mom of two adorable pups. Her time outside of work is spent at the beach, taking her fur-kids on adventures, cooking/baking, and learning new DIY skills.

Ellen Juzba, PTA

​Ellen has over 32 years of experience working with the pediatric to geriatric patient population. She was raised in Western Massachusetts and decided to trade in her snow shovel for a sand shovel by relocating to the NC coast in 2017. She is married with 2 children. Her hobbies include spending time at the beach and jet skiing.

Kelly King, Receptionist

​Kelly joined the EAPT team in 2018 after working as a Early Childhood provider. Kelly is married with 2 children and enjoys spending  time with her family.

Cooper Kelly, Office Assistant

​Cooper is originally from Albertson, NC and  moved to Deep Run in 2012. Cooper attended Lenoir Community college and graduated with an Associates in Science degree. In May 2019 he graduated from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, with a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science. Cooper plans to continue  his academic career by pursing a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.

Sandra Sanderson, Office Manager

​Sandra joined our office in June 2016, after working as a Early Childhood provider for 16 years. Sandra changed hats to work as the office manager for EAPT. She is married with 2 children and enjoys spending time with her family. Sandra takes pride in her job and enjoys seeing the progress each patient makes with their Physical Therapy.

Jordyn Roberts, PTA

Jordyn moved to Wallace, NC in June of 2019 from Northeast Tennessee in order to further her career as a full time PTA. She graduated from Walters State community college in 2018 with an Associates in Applied Science. She is a licensed to work as a PTA in NC and Tennessee. Jordyn is eager to continue her education and help others. She has worked in various fields of therapy in the past year with hospitals and nursing homes. Her hobbies include spending time with family, enjoying nature, and exploring her new surrounding in NC.
